Refund Policy

If a MotionShine licence is not right for you, you can ask for a refund within [14] days of buying.
Try first
The free version has every feature, with no time limit and no watermark, so you can test everything on your own Mac before you pay. A licence only unlocks bigger exports.
How to ask
- Email [email protected] from the email you bought with.
- Include your order number or the Polar receipt.
- You do not need to explain why, but telling me what went wrong helps me fix it.
How you are paid back
Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), the merchant of record. Polar runs checkout, collects and pays any applicable taxes, issues receipts and generates licence keys. I never see or store your card details.
Refunds are made by Polar to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, usually a few business days.
Your licence afterwards
A refunded licence key stops working and the app returns to the free version. Your recordings stay on your Mac.
