Questions

Good to know.

How does Title Case decide which words stay small?

Articles, short joining words and short prepositions (a, an, the, and, but, or, for, of, on, in, to, by, at and a few more) stay lower case unless they start or end the title or follow a colon. Words with capitals inside them, such as iPhone or NASA, are left as they are. Style guides differ in details, so check a headline that matters against the guide you follow.

Does sentence case keep names capitalised?

It cannot know which words are names, so it makes everything lower case except the first letter of each sentence and the word "I". Capitalise names again by hand.

Does it work with accents and other alphabets?

Yes. Upper and lower case follow your browser's language rules, so letters such as é, ß, ç and Greek or Cyrillic letters change correctly.

Can I undo a change?

Yes. Undo steps back through every change you made with the buttons, up to 50.

Is my text uploaded?

No. The text stays in this tab.
