Free tool

Combine images, into one picture.

Drop two or more pictures and join them side by side, one above the other, or in a grid. Make them the same height so they line up, add a gap, a border and rounded corners, and pick the background. Handy for before and after shots, comparisons and screenshots of several steps. Save as PNG or JPG.

Pictures are combined in your browser. They are never uploaded.

How it works

Three steps, one picture.

Or a grid. Same height, a gap, a border and rounded corners.

PNG keeps every pixel; JPG is smaller for photos.

Questions

Good to know.

Do the pictures lose quality?

No, unless they have to be enlarged. "Same height" scales every picture to the tallest one, so a small picture next to a big one is enlarged and can look soft. Untick it to keep every picture at its own size.

Is there a size limit?

Browsers cannot save pictures much larger than 12,000 pixels on a side, so a very long strip is scaled down to fit and the page tells you when that happens.

How is this different from the collage maker?

This page keeps each picture whole and simply puts them next to each other. The collage maker fills a fixed layout and crops pictures to fit its cells.

Can I combine PDFs?

Use Merge PDF to join PDF files, or JPG to PDF to turn pictures into one PDF with a page each.

Are my pictures uploaded?

No. They are joined in this browser tab.
