Image splitter, grids and carousels.

Cut one picture into equal tiles: a 3 x 3 grid that rebuilds the picture on your Instagram profile, a panorama carousel that swipes as one wide photo, or a big poster in pieces to print. Pick the layout, see the cut lines, and download every tile or one ZIP. Nothing is uploaded.

The picture is cut in your browser. It is never uploaded.

Questions

Good to know.

How do I post a 3 x 3 grid on Instagram?

Tick "Number in Instagram posting order", download the tiles, and post them one by one starting with tile 1. Instagram shows the newest post top left, so the picture comes together on your profile.

What is a panorama carousel?

A wide photo cut into slides of the same shape and posted as one carousel. As people swipe, the photo carries on from one slide to the next.

Why is part of my picture cut off?

All tiles must be the same size. When the picture does not divide evenly, a thin edge is left out; it is shown darker on the preview.

Does it lose quality?

Tiles are cut from the full-size picture. PNG keeps every pixel; JPG is saved at high quality.

Is my picture uploaded?

No. Cutting happens in this browser tab.
