Questions

Good to know.

Are my pictures uploaded?

No. They are changed in this tab with your browser, so they never leave your computer.

Does cropping lower the quality?

The kept part stays at its own pixels. JPG and WebP are saved again at high quality, which is very hard to tell apart.

Which shape for social posts?

1:1 or 4:5 for feed posts, 9:16 for stories and reels, 16:9 for YouTube thumbnails and slides.

Can I crop a video?

Yes, with the crop video tool.

Which browsers work?

Current Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox. Safari cannot save WebP files, so it saves those as PNG.
