Headers as keys
The first row names the fields; blank headers become column1, column2 and so on.
Free tool
Drop a CSV file or paste the text and get JSON: with headers, each row becomes an object with the header names as keys; without, each row becomes an array. Numbers and true or false become real JSON values, empty cells become null, and quoted cells with commas or line breaks are read correctly. Pretty-print it or keep it compact, then copy or download.

Quoted cells, doubled quotes and line breaks inside quotes are handled.
