Are my files uploaded?
No. The video is made in this tab with your browser, so they never leave your computer.
Why turn audio into a video?
YouTube and most social sites take video, not sound files. A still picture with the sound is the simplest way to post a podcast, a song or a voice note there.
How big is the video?
Small, because the picture does not change: one frame a second is enough. The size follows the picture, up to 1920 pixels.
Can I add a waveform or captions?
Not yet. It is the picture and the sound.
Which browsers work?
Current Chrome, Edge and Safari, which can encode H.264 video.
