Metronome, steady to the millisecond.

Set the tempo from 20 to 300 BPM, or tap it in. Pick the time signature, accent the first beat, add eighths, triplets or sixteenths, and let the speed trainer raise the tempo as you practise. The clicks are scheduled by the browser's audio clock, so they stay even.

Questions

Good to know.

How do I find the tempo of a song?

Press Tap tempo in time with the beat a few times; the metronome takes the average of your last taps. For a song file, the BPM finder works it out from the sound.

Is a browser metronome accurate?

This one schedules each click ahead of time on the browser's audio clock, the same clock the sound card plays from, so the clicks stay even even if the page is busy. The dots on screen follow the sound.

What does the speed trainer do?

It adds a few BPM every few bars until it reaches the tempo you set, so you can work a passage up from slow to full speed without stopping.

Why does it stop when I switch tabs on my phone?

Phones pause sound from pages in the background to save battery. Keep this tab open and the screen on while you practise.

Is it free?

Yes, with no account and no limit.
