Will the voice sound like a chipmunk?
Not with "Keep the pitch" on: the sound is stretched or squeezed in time with a phase vocoder, so voices keep their pitch. Very large changes, below about 60% or above about 170%, start to sound processed.
How do I make a sped up or slowed and reverb song?
Turn "Keep the pitch" off and pick about 125% for sped up, or about 85% for slowed. For reverb, add the Cave effect in the voice changer afterwards.
Can I change the speed of a video?
Use Video speed changer, which changes the picture and the sound together.
Is there a time limit?
Up to 20 minutes per file.
