Free tool

Screenshot to PDF, paste, order, save.

Take screenshots, then paste them here one after another, or drop the files. Drag them into order, turn any that need it, and download one PDF with a page for each screenshot. Pages take the shape of each screenshot, so there are no white edges, or pick A4 or Letter for printing. The pictures go in at full quality.

This runs in your browser. Your files are never uploaded.

Questions

Good to know.

Are my screenshots uploaded?

No. The PDF is made in this tab, so screenshots with private details never leave your computer.

Does the PDF lose quality?

No. PNG screenshots keep every pixel and JPGs go in as they are. Other formats, such as WebP and HEIC, are converted once on the way in.

Can I hide private details first?

Yes. Use blur image on a screenshot before adding it, or redact PDF on the finished file to black out text for good.

Which page size should I pick?

"Same as each screenshot" suits reading on a screen. For printing, choose A4 or US Letter: each screenshot is fitted to the page.

Can I add a screenshot to an existing PDF?

Yes. Drop the PDF in with the screenshots and its pages go in at that place.
