Free tool

Change a video's frame rate, 24, 30 or 60 fps.

Turn a 60 fps screen recording into 30 fps, match a clip to a 24 fps or 25 fps project, or bring a slow clip up to 30 or 60. Each new frame takes the picture shown at its moment, so the video keeps its length and stays in sync with the sound. It runs in this tab, so your video is never uploaded.

Your video is processed in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

Questions

Good to know.

Will 30 to 60 fps make it smoother?

No: it repeats frames, so motion looks the same. Smoother motion needs new in-between pictures, which this tool does not make.

Why lower the frame rate?

To match a 24 or 25 fps project, or to give an editor or platform the rate it asks for. Fewer frames can also mean a smaller file at the same quality.

Does the sound stay in sync?

Yes. The length does not change and the sound is copied as it is.

Is my video uploaded?

No. Everything happens in this tab.
