01 / Dead
Always dark
A dark dot on white and on every colour. The pixel gets no power, which is a hardware fault a website cannot fix.
Free tool
Fill your whole screen with one plain colour and look closely. A pixel that stays black on white, or lit on black, stands out at once. Step through black, white, red, green, blue and more with a click or the arrow keys. Found a stuck pixel? Drag the flashing square over it and let it run.

It flashes much faster than three times a second, which can trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy. Do not run it if that may apply to you or anyone in the room, and look away while it runs.
A smooth fade from black to white, or across the colours. Bands or blotches in it show how the panel handles gradients, and uneven brightness shows up as cloudy patches.
Some phone browsers do not let pages go full screen. The test then fills the browser window instead. Hide the address bar by scrolling, or turn the phone sideways.
