How long should each picture show?

500 milliseconds (half a second) suits a slideshow. 100 to 200 milliseconds gives a quick animation.

What if the pictures are different sizes?

Each one is fitted inside the size of the first picture, on the background you choose.

Can I make a GIF from a video?
