Are my pictures uploaded?
No. They are converted in this tab with your browser, so they never leave your computer.
Which formats can I convert?
From HEIC, WebP, PNG, JPG, GIF (the first frame), AVIF, BMP and SVG, to JPG, PNG, WebP or ICO.
Which format should I pick?
JPG for photos to send or upload. PNG for screenshots and pictures with see-through areas. WebP for small images on a website. ICO for a favicon or a Windows icon.
Does it keep the photo's location?
No. The new picture does not keep the hidden details stored in a photo, such as the camera and the place it was taken.
Can I convert many at once?
Yes. Drop several pictures together, then download them one by one or all at once in a ZIP file.
Which browsers work?
Current Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Safari works too, but cannot save WebP files. HEIC needs a reader that loads once, about 3 MB, except in Safari.
